What if someone gave you a pile of materials and permission to make a colorful mess? Allow your 4 year-old creative self to reemerge to simply play. Find yourself in a judgment-free zone. Leave your own inner judges outside the door. Pamela will assist in escorting them if necessary. What could possibly happen? Relaxation? Spontaneity? Joy? If you’re ready to retreat from inner and outer expectations, give “Expressive Art” a whirl. What do you have to lose? Tension? Fixed ideas? The Blahs? One has nothing more valuable to gain than a window on the view of one's creative potential!

Pamela Hochstetter trained in process art methods with Jane Gross, MA & LCSW, of Hamden, CT. Pamela was the founder and facilitator of "InnerArt". Sessions focused on uncensored, creative self-expression, discovery and personal growth. The work she did with "Inner Art" was prominently featured in “Spirituality & Health Magazine.” The last few years she has scaled back on this intensive work to concentrate primarily on her own studio practice and to occassionally give workshops.

Pamela is a graduate of Yale University Divinity School, New Haven, CT Master of Divinity degree, Concentration in Feminist Theology, Western CT State University, Danbury, CT Bachelor of Science, Art & Education, summa cum laude Maryland College of Art & Design, Silver Springs, MD Awarded scholarship
