Description:
Everyone has an inner artist! Come explore your potential at Five Points Arts Center. Each week Kai Kai will present a different project and provide all the materials necessary to create your “mini masterpiece” to take home. Children should bring an apron or smock; some art projects can get messy! No experience necessary!
A parent or caregiver must stay for the full duration of the workshop and are welcome to relax in our art library or hospitality room. Coffee and wifi are available!

Instructor Bio:
Macayla Muzzulin, (better known as Kai Kai) is a book illustrator and mural artist with a lifelong passion for creativity and community. She has worked closely with kids through Unified Arts programs, summer camps, and various teaching and workshop opportunities. She holds a BFA in Illustration from the Hartford Art School. She contributes to community in several ways—from working at Action Wildlife Zoo (in the petting zoo, museum, and front gate) to painting the iconic murals on the rocks just outside it. Creativity, connection, and community are at the heart of everything she does.
All workshops are held at the Five Points Arts Center, 855 University Drive
Workshops may be cancelled due to low enrollment if a minimum number of participants are not met. Registrants will be notified in advance and a refund or credit will be arranged (see workshop polices below for details).
