Description:

Explore mixed media with other young creatives and discover the freedom and inspiration that comes from experimentation, taking risks, and opening up to new ideas. Learn how to expand your creative expression through composition, shapes and color. You’ll create a collection of collage pieces from a variety of materials, using acrylic paints, stencils, stamps and more! No art experience required – just an open mind to experiment and have fun!

Instructor Bio:

Kellyn is a self-taught mixed media artist, art facilitator, and published author based in Torrington, Connecticut. Using acrylic paint, watercolor, collage, and other mediums, Kellyn draws inspiration from her love for nature, art and faith. Through her step-by-step instructional painting classes, creative retreats, and mixed media art workshops, she guides others in discovering their unique creative voices and self-connection to the canvas.
