Join photographer, David Ricci, for a public presentation discussing his book, "Hunter Gatherer: Salvaged Stories of American Culture." This work contains nearly 100 photographs taken by Ricci over seven years spent traveling the country at antique fairs, curio shops, thrift stores and other resale marketplaces. These images cast a light on historical biases and stereotypes, and explore themes of consumerism, racism, objectification, beauty standards and popular culture.
