Description:
Join professional photographer and film enthusiast, Thad Kubis, for a three-day practical darkroom workshop. During this analog workshop, you will learn the essential steps to select film, shoot film, process the film, and print your negatives. An added benefit, if time allows, will be an introduction to scanning your negatives.
Open Studio Time:
Upon approval from the instructor, workshop participants will be granted access to the lab throughout the duration of the workshop. Aside from scheduled workshop hours, the lab is available for independent use Tuesday – Sunday from 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Instructor Bio:
Thad Kubis has a broad base of photographic experience. He has done work in the areas of travel and leisure, manufacturing, banking, financial services, marine, fine art, stock, sailing, and editorial. He is an active photographic instructor, lecturer, and consultant. He has taught Smartphone/iCamera photography, DSLR, analog, large format, composition, and seeing/observation. His classes are offered in person and online, to groups, individuals and schools. He has been recognized by Apple as an Apple Teacher.

Workshops may be cancelled due to low enrollment if a minimum number of participants are not met. Registrants will be notified in advance and a refund or credit will be arranged (see workshop polices below for details).
