Description:
Stay warm this season as you explore botanical anatomy and elements of design with insightful guide, Leslie Watkins. Universal art concepts will be taught along with watercolor painting techniques geared to all levels of experience. Create several versions of winter expressions to share with family and friends.

Winsor Newton Sceptre Gold Pointed Round Watercolor Brushes: sizes 4, 6, 8 or larger
Saunders 22” x 30” 90# Hot Press (HP) White watercolor paper (1 sheet)
#2 pencil
Kneaded rubber eraser
2 pint-sized containers
Clean, unused cellulose kitchen sponge
Paper towels
Instructor Bio:
Leslie is a professional illustrator whose work has appeared in books, magazines and internationally on postage stamps. She designs textiles, greeting cards, and Battersea boxes. Her clients include Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Fine Gardening Magazine, Caspari and Tiffany & Co. Her paintings have been exhibited in New York City, New England and Japan. She studied at the Art Students League of New York with Frank Mason, Gustav Rehberger and Robert Beverly Hale.
