Instructor Bio:
Bryn Brunnstrom is a British-American Draftsman and Video Artist, who received their MFA at the School at the Museum of Fine Arts Tufts in Boston, Massachusetts. They specialize in illustration, comic art, and sculpture. Their work explores themes of philosophy and personal identity, with a particular focus on the drastic changes technology has brought to the human experience. Currently, their work seeks to explore the paradoxical increase in the importance of technology to the individual life by exploring a vision of a world where such technologies both dominate and are dominated by the natural world. Combing sculpture and video projection to bring this world to life, they imagine a future post social-apocalypse, wherein the world created by the digital has run rampant.
All workshops are held at the Five Points Arts Center, 855 University Drive
Workshops may be cancelled due to low enrollment if a minimum number of participants are not met. Registrants will be notified in advance and a refund or credit will be arranged (see workshop polices below for details).
